I've heard of and browsed it before, but have never actually ordered. It seems like some of the clothes are not made of high quality material, based on some of the photos I've seen, though this isn't the case for all. Following.

We use it in my fashion design class. It's reliable but shipping is VERY slow. Like a couple weeks slow. Not too sure about the quality, but I guess you get what you pay for.
