Mixing for a blue purple.

Soooo it seems like there aren't many blue based purples out there. If I were to mix my purple dye with a blue one would that prevent it in anyway from fading to pink? I typically use purple haze so would mixing it like a dark blue like after midnight at all help me acheive that? (these are just what I have on hand at the moment so all suggestions are welcome)

Yes it would work. Veggie dyes are like paint when it comes to mixing lol.

But check out manic panics ultra violet. It was blue it some light and purple in others. It's definitely a blue based purple. It's the purple in my photos, but sometimes looked like this lol

Thanks for the response and I'm loooving your color. Thats exactly what irks me I love my color but like your pics I instantly go from plum purple to funky pink purple. The blue is definitely preferable Any clue how that would show up on dark purple hair since mines already dyed?

Really want to try this now! appreciate it so much the fade to silver is gorgeous. Stalked your other pics lol and your other colors are awesome just saying. I'm impressed how healthy it still looks through all the colors.

Veggie dyes are vegetable pigment mixed in with conditioner, so other than bleaching my roots it's not at all damaging. Using manic panic and all the true veggie dyes (minus ion brights as its chemical pigment) are as damaging as a hair mask lol. But thank you. :) I've done so many more colors but never had a decent camera to take pictures of them till I got my iPhone.
