Hi girls :) well i gave birth four months ago to a beautiful baby girl..i heard that after pregnancy your hair starts to fall down..but this is crazy my hair is falling down like there is no tomorrow..any advice?? Is this normal?? Thank you :)

I just learned about this not too long ago at school. Its completely normal, its called postpartum alopecia. there is a sudden and excessive from three to nine months after delivery. the growth cycle generally returns to normal within a year after the baby is delivered. congrats on your little girl(:

Don't worry it will stop its just tour body going through some changes after the baby it will eventually stop just continue taking your vitamins...
