I know its hard! I normally just hold my eyelid down then apply it because my eyes are really narrow or if you have a friend with you they can help! I hope this helps

I got the same one for the first liner I got!! I just kept qtips close by and tried to aim for thin lines :)

Try tilting your eye downwards to where the area is completely flat and smoothed out, but you are still able to see what you're doing in the mirror (place the mirror directly in front of you). Then you'll want to draw small, smooth, flicks of liner based on how you want it; if it ends up being a bit too thin for your liking, you can always go back and draw more to fit your preference (it's always better to under draw than to over draw, since it can be a bit more difficult to correct an over drawn line). Hope this helps!

Hey I heard a really good tip for liquid eyeliner, and it's helped me a lot! Stand close to a mirror and draw little dots along the lash line then you just have to connect each dot. Trust me, it's way easier than trying to do one continual line which tends to go crooked! ;)
