I always use white eyeshadow and blend it inborn my waterline. It's makes my eyes look bigger and brightens them up! X.

Use mascara on your top and bottom lashes and don't line your eyes with black as it makes them appear smaller.

Put a light color on the lid and a dark color on the crease and outer v. Highlight your tear ducts with white or another light color, line your waterline with nude or white, and tightline your upper lash line.

Nude or white eyeliner on water line, white eyeshadow or a highlight on the inner corner of your eyes, curl your eyelashes and use a lengthening mascara :)

I have what the general public would call tiny eyes due to my heritage. But over the years I have discovered tricks that helped :)
- curl your lashes! this makes a hell of a difference. invest in a good eyelash curler or even a spoon.
- mascara is your best friend. find one that suits your needs (I found that Colossal by Maybelline helps my thin lashes so much)
- eyeliner. if done right, this could mean all the difference. a cat eye or simple line across your lid would look great as long as you do it as close to your lashes as possible.
- white/nude eyeliner. apply it onto your lower water line and your eyes would instantly brighten up.
- eye-shadow: dark colors are to be avoided. use a color around 2 or 3 shades lighter than your skin tone to brighten up if white looks too harsh.

Nude or peach liner on your bottom waterline will open your eyes up. Its what I use to make my eyes look bigger than what they are.
