So my Clinique anti-blemish is not doing it for me anymore. We had a great run, but it has started to cake up on me.
I'd like to know if you, beauties, know of very good liquid foundations for not so young skins which tend to be oily (like in you can fry an egg on my forehead, oily) thanks a lot!

Have you tried Clinique stay matte? Estee Lauder double wear is great for oily skin I use it when my skin is super oily and it works great :-) ysl fusion ink is good too keeps you matte and blurs pores too!

Thanks Rebecca! I'll look into those. I'm particularly interested in Estée Lauder. Is it medium coverage? I'm actually a bit scared of full coverage foundations lol! I have lots of freckles and I like to show them a bit.

Estee lauder double wear was a little to full coverAge for me so I use double wear light. and its ahhhhhmazing. its more of a medium coverage and is not cakey. I recently got stilas stay all day foundation and was super impressed on the staying power and how Long it kept my oily skin shine free. and Hourglass Immaculate foundation is just wonderful. keeps you matte looking and not cAkey at all. although if you have ANY dry patches it will cling to it. but no did t feel like it settled into any lines or creases.

I would say it's full coverage if applied with a brush but it can be sheered out to medium coverage with a beauty blender or equivalent. I usually wear it for nights out as I prefer a light to medium for daily wear with a satin to semi matte finish :-)

I'm 28, and have disco-ball greasy skin. The only foundation that I've had serious luck with (and believe me, I've tried a TON!) is Revlon ColorStay Whipped. It's full coverage, but I apply it using a beauty blender so one layer is medium, and if I feel like I need full coverage, I just add another layer.

No wonder! Thanks Sara. I might give it a try. Lol! Disco ball greasy! Finally someone gets my greasiness!

Agree with double wear- it's good but very full coverage. I never tried light but that sounds like a nice compromise. Also agree completely with the hourglass suggestion but that it clings to dry patches you never knew you had. My clarisonic helps this:) believe it or not, cover girl outlast 3 in 1 is a good drugstore look but I had to exchange it for a different color. That should not be a problem if you go in person to a cosmetics counter or to a sephora/ulta because an associate will be able to assist. Good luck:)

Thanks a lot. I will definitely give the chance to a drugstore one. It is good to have one just in case.
