There are many tutorials on this. Basically to get a simple one color winged eye shadow look you map out the shape with a light shadow. Follow your ocular bone, the bone right above your eye lid. It's easier to make the winged shape with an angled brush because it flows with the natural curve of your eye. Once you get it down it's rather simple. I hope this helped!
