Help me choose which outfit for my first day and what would look good with these shoes?

My first day is Wednesday and I'm stuck between these two outfits (kinda liking one more than the other but other opinions are appreciated) and I have these new boots I got and now that I'm trying to find what to wear with them, I'm stuck.

And I was looking crazy today so I covered my face lol

I think 2 would be good for the first day if school and I would pull the skirt up a little higher (not to high though) and one would look amazing with white converse for the second day.
