I'd love to see it with a crisp white blouse and maybe a statement necklace?

Or maybe a white or black vest top/ camisole with a colour block blazer?

For shoes a simple nude heel would be my go to or if you prefer flats then ballet pumps or brogues would look nice with black tights if it was cooler.

Where does the hem fall? Also how strict is your dress code at work? It looks a little short for most jobs.

I would pair it with a solid color tank top and a black cardigan, with a simple necklace. Dressy casual, works for most job dress codes.

Ah okay. Yeah a button down blouse, a tank and cardigan, etc. will all look nice. It's cute, I like the lace! I used to hate lace, but it's growing on me in my old age. ;)
