I have suffered with mild keratosis pilaris on my arms since I was young. I would always be itching my arms causing gross scarring and irritation. The bumps are no longer red or itchy but are extremely embarrassing for me and I am quite self conscious of them. If anybody has suffered with this as well and has found something that helped diminish these bumps please let me know!

I don't think anything helps. I am them too. they aren't that red anymore so they don't bother me that much. Try exfoliating.

I have them too, I was so embarrassed too. My doctor prescribed a lotion to rub on my arms at night and though the bumps havent disappeared the redness is gone and there are less bumps and the ones that are there are barely noticable.
