I think I've seen this kind of thing in a tutorial video about a year ago, I think what you do is just the eyeshadow normally (white in inner corner, peach on the eyelid, and a darker brown or black on the other edges), then for the wing and the end of the eye use gel liner, and touch it up with black eyeshadow so it blends into the other eyeshadows better :) hopefully this helped& your makeup goes well! 💕

Its probabbly called a Cat eye cut crease..you can search for it on YouTube or Google I'm sure you'll find tutorials!
I did one using pencil liner for the outer V and crease and then eyeshadow to make it look more intense.
