I'm a freshman too! & I have to have my cat eye eyeliner! That's the only thing I do & then I add some mascara & I'm done! It's so cute & simple & I always get compliments on my eyeliner! :)

You honestly don't need much for high school! No one really cares how ya look lol if you wear eyeliner be sure to get waterproof and one that won't smear easily. Or between every class you will be in the bathroom wiping it off and re applying (:

Bb cream, concealer if needed, powder, blush, do your eyebrows, and a lot of mascara.
