Shower, exfoliate well. Dry off, rub a small amount of moisturiser into your elbows and knees, tan, depending on which you have but I do this at night and leave mine to develop overnight. Shower off in the morning and moisturise well everyday to maintain it. Hope this helps :)

Shower, exfoliate, shave, exfoliate again, moisturizer dry areas, dry completely, apply tan, sleep in long sleeve and pants, wake up and shower off guide color if needed :)
Love fake and bake! st tropez and million dollar tan are great also. I apply with the st tropez mitt
