All that ^ and make sure you keep your routine and don't add new products for 3 months at a time. It takes 21 days for your skins cycle, so after 3 cycles or so you should see improvement and that means the products routines are working. If it gets worse and doesn't level out or stays the same as when you first started after 3 months, than try one different product each month so you can see what helps or doesn't help. I hope that makes sense!

Thanks a lot guys!! Which spot treatments do you guys reccomend? Preferably natural, because I have tried literally evey scrub on the planet, and it seems like they're just trying to sell a brand. Any oils or gels?

A scrub won't get rid of breakouts and it does need to be combined with topicals to see a improvement, try cleansing with a salicylic cleanser and using a tee tree toner and spot treatment and using a vitamin C,peptide or kojic acid serum these serums help to target pigmentation and its better to use a chemical exfoliater than a scrub if you want better results.

I have tried exfoliators with Saliyclic acid in then Traci, and haven't done anything for me.
And pigmentation isn't really that big of a deal to me, they arent a different colour to the rest of my face, just bumps under the skin.
Reagan, I'm too broke to go to a dermatologist, lol! And I don't think they offer it on the NHS...

Not a exfoliater hun a actual cleanser and it needs to be constant and some people see better results with benzoyl peroxide ,a scrub is just something to be used once or twice a week to remove dead skin its not really going to clear acne, your skin is congested you need something to get down in the pores and clean it out and tee tree oil is a good toner because it's anti bacterial and helps to kill the bacteria that causes acne, and by the way your skin isn't horrible at all

I second Traci's advice. Plus, results aren't going to take place overnight so patience is key. I used to get bad breakouts in the same area along with my jawline due to hormonal issues.

I have been dealing with a lot of stress related breakouts and swear by the Clean & Clear Persa-Gel Spot treatment. I also find that my skin doesn't respond to Salicylic Acid, but Benzyl Peroxide works really well for me. The Clean & Clear Advantage 3-in-1 exfoliating cleanser works amazingly well for my breakouts.

Unfortunately I've never seen anything with instant results. I used to have really bad skin and started using Lush products. All of there products have all natural ingredients and helped me a lot. It's much nicer to your skin than all that chemical stuff. Also drink lots of water and get a decent amount of sleep every night. Sounds cheesy but really helps.

Try the witch stick, the blue cylinder shaped one, it's like a gel in stick form, whenever I have a breakout I blast it with that and within 2 days it's gone I swear by it

All of you gave such great advice, and I will definitely put some of it into action

I have got nasolabial wrinkles that are noticeable from a distance. They look very unattractive and I feel conscious while talking. http://alturl.com/7fevq.
