I use the sephora eyebrow pencil the trick is dont jus draw in you have to slightly fill in using an upward motion kinda like Ur drawing tiny hairs lol

I LOVE the e.l.f. eyebrow kit. It's $3 at Target and comes with pigmented wax and a powder. It looks very natural and is very effective.
