Well, I think using something like the Urban Decay primer potion with a sticky base will make the colors pop really well. The primer will help with the lasting power and the sticky base will make the color pop! Try a Nyx jumbo eye pencil or something along those lines. The primer underneath is necessary because the pencils alone crease.

UD primer potion or for something a little bit less expensive you can try the nyx eyeshadow pencil in milk.

I use the e.l.f white eyeshadow primer there is white and brown it depends on what you prefer. It works really well...I recommend it.

The eyeshadow primer by Milani cosmetics works awesome; not only does it prevent creasing, but it definitely also helps bring out the pigment in the shadows
