Splurges and saves?

Just curious: What kind of products do you buy high end in, or "splurge" on? And what kind of products do you like to buy drugstore or cheaper, or "save" in?

Personally I spurge on glitters. I think MAC glitters cannot be beat. They last me FOREVER and are so super pigmented. I also love buxom lip glosses, those are definitely worth splurging for!

When it comes to saving, I definitely save on eye shadows. Avon and L'Oreal have eyeshadows that last ALL day and are beautiful, and they're 1/2 the price of quads at Ulta or Sephora(:

I go high end on my skincare because my experience has always been positive. I rotate products from ReVive and Renee Rouleau. As far as cosmetics go I love my drugstore buys as much as my high end cosmetic buys. I stopped going high end with msscara because I found the Rimmel line to be just as great as my beloved Dior mascara. I also save on sunscreen and body moisturizers....drug store all the way. :)
