It's like a raised bump under my nose? It doesn't hurt, there's no white bump or hole or anything, it's not red and it's been there over a week. So I don't think it's a pimple. I've never had anything like this. It feels like there's a little pebble under my skin. :(

I'd use diluted tea tree oil to help dry it out.

Hi I have this same problem, just wondering what happened? Did it go away? How? And if it hasn't gone away has anything changed about it.
