I have a neon dance tonight, I have a neon yellow top and Idk if I should wear jeans or a ruffle jean skirt. also what shoes would go with that then? and I'm thinking maybe mascara not sure about eyeliner (I have but never have used it) also hair?? up or down?? please help!!

Its a Middle School Homecoming Dance. the theme is neon. basically we chill dance and hang out from 7-10pm.

I promise to do a pic when I'm ready! I'm doing my hair at a friends house in about an hour so its going to take a lil bit. can I ask for opinion on pencil curling with neon colors? with a neon yellow shoe lace tyed like a head band.

Ha, or school had a neon dance today so I should be able to help lol. So, I would have your hair in a ponytail because if you plan on jumping and bouncing around a bun WILL fall out. Ponytail is the way to go hun:) I would actually just do simple mascara because you will most likely sweat and eyeliner will most likely smudge. Wear shorts, no jeans it will be really hot no joke. As for shoes, if your school says that you can't wear shoes in the gym or something just wear vans or converse or something {just make sure to wear socks}

Thanks Jazzlyn! I'm wearing Capri's so I won't totally be hurting! I'll make sure to wear vans with maybe if I can find neon yellow laces. just simple mascara, got it? should I do like a light colored lip gloss? and okay I will do ponytail, should I curl it??
