I think you should do a gold colored smokey eye. With dark grey on the crease. Also, put black eye liner on top and lower lashes. With eye liner on top lashes, do a cat eye look. I recommend wearing this dress with gold accessories, black shoes and a blacj clutch with some touches of gold and even silver. Hope this helpsss.

Also, do a neutral colored lip, as your smokey eye will be of color, and your dress is a pop of color.
