I normally have perfect skin. Since I started working out I'm getting more and more acne. It's very embarrassing for me. I feel so self conscious. What should I do?

Buy a really good face wash. acne cream. if you're really self conscious about it when your out, you can get a good concealer to cover the blemish while you have it.

Yeh it's just the sweat opening up your pores, make sure you don't work out with any makeup (other then like mascara). Always wash your face with an oil free cleanser twice a day, tone twice and moisturise twice and before working out. When you remove your makeup make sure you remove it with warm water then wipe your face with cold water last.

I'd say don't start using a lot of product right away. Just try if washing your face with just water right after your workout helps. Your skin is a very delicate organ and I believe letting it create it's own balance works best in stead of stripping the oils and replacind them with others, which is pretty much what happens.
