Shiz this shouldn't upload this early. Okay so I thought I found the perfect mascara that didn't smudge on me but now I'm back at school (and the weather is getting worse ) it still smudges and I hate it so I want to find a mascara that won't smudge a teeny bit, preferably not water proof because they're so hard to get off. I live in Europe and not close to a Sephora so I can't buy all brands, thanks in advance!

Sandra, I use the clinique one (in the minty package ) but I don't really love the look it gives my lashes and it's a bitch to get off
