I have not recreated this look but what I would do is use makeup geek's gel liner in poison for the red parts; a white liner for the bottom (twiggy mod style) lashes

And if you have trouble finding a white mascara just use one of the kinds that have two sides , but only use the white lengthening primer side.

And it looks like there's orange or copper liner on the water line , & heavy contour on the nose.

There's a nice red color in the electric palette from ud, also I bet a nyx eye pencil in milk would be helpful.
