The anastacia brow powder duo is one of my favourites, it's so natural looking and it's perfect for me because I have naturally dark and full eyebrows so it just helps to fill them in a bit more :)

Another thing I like to use is the two brown shades, one dark brown and one light brown, in the naked basics palette. It's an eyeshadow pallet but I like to use it for my brows.

Well if you already have good brows (unlike my ugly overplucked ones) then ABH, Elf, or Milani. But I absolutely adore ABH Dipbrow! I prefer it over powders because it actually looks more natural (at least if you don't have good brows) than powders do and it last all day, so you don't have to worry about smearing or just wearing off as the goes on...
