Don't skip meals, good diet, green tea, avoid food and drinks(soda) that can bloat you and exercise. Crunches aren't that good. Russian twists are, try real sit-ups, I really like ab wheels and think it gave my stomach a final push to as flat as it's going to be. Do exercises for your whole body, cardio and strength training

If you are chunky and you do crunches, it can turn fat into muscle, and muscle is 10 times harder to get rid of than fat.

Crunches help, but sometimes not much. Planks, yes, for sure. If you want flat abs suck in while doing crunches

to get a flat stomach fast isn't really is due to the fact that it all depends on what you eat. I'm a distance runner and I also do cross fit training and still struggle with having a complete flat stomach. I recommend drinking a lot of water and eating HEALTHY. You can of course eat something delicious because you don't want to deprive your body, but once in a while. Hope it helps!

Fat doesn't turn into muscle, and muscle doesn't turn into fat.
Laxatives aren't a good idea.
Can you join a gym and talk to a personal trainer about diet and exercise?

Ok seriously! Eat a large healthy breakfast to start your metabolism and eat something small every 2-3 hours to keep it up , start with 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of resistance training , your metabolism will stay up burning more calories this way. And eat clean, don't expect results otherwise! Btw I am a personal trainer so it's up to you but don't damage your health, do it right

Eat when your hungry! Don't deprive yourself, but don't over eat. Eat until you feel 80% full. Drink lots of water, and change up your workouts so you won't get bored. Whenever you have a craving, stop it by occupying yourself. Like taking a walk. So your not tempted, don't even keep much unhealthy foods in your house. So you don't feel deprived, have a "cheat day" once a week. Don't forget ur Pilates, morning/mid day runs, and stretches! Hope this helped 😀

crunches won't help, It'll help you build a,strong core but won't burn fat, you can't target the area you lose weight on , but you can aim to burn fat, cardio is good for endurance but only Burns fat after 30 mins, interval and circuit training with heavy weight is a good angle to begin from

DON'T SKIP MEALS, it simply uses stored fat and in the end, you wind up bigger. Run/jog, drink loads of water, crunches, and cut out soda.

Do not skip breakfast. If you do not eat a proper meal to start off your day it won't start your metabolism. Drinking the proper amount of water for your weight throughout the day is important too.

RUN LOTS. If u do sit ups or push ups the muscles will build up more in ur stomach and push the body fat out. Running does build that much more muscle and it just burns fat.

Drink water. Cut down meal portions (not cut out). Be active.. Dance, speedwalk, run whatever you think is fun, that's requires you to be physically active , do it! (:

My tips: workout & eat healthy & drink tons of water. I know this is what everyone says but it's what works. Do crunches, leg lifts, high knees, and cardio helps burn fat in general. Look up workouts on Pinterest. Drink alot of water and decrease sugary drinks, remember don't drink your calories! Green tea is good for a flat stomach.
