I've been on a diet recently when I eat minimal amounts, I usually skip breakfast and eat a healthy meal around 1, then eat fruit or vegetables for dinner. And after intaking a lot of calories, drink a lot of water, it speeds your metabolism.

the fastest way to get a flat stomach is to de-bloat.
chewing gum makes you bloated and so does carbanated beverages...take a laxative and drink green tea and water

but do not take laxatives all the time to try ti get a flatter stomach. dependency on laxatives can mess up your intestines and bowel movements if taken for an extended period. im only recommending taking a laxative and green tea because it gives instanf results...like if you wanted to wear a skin tight dress tonight with no belly pooch, this will work. :)

A flat stomach is really about what you eat. Cardio helps herbs like dandelion tea to get rid of excess water help the sauna helps but it really depends most on what you eat

Drink a cup pf green tea every morning, lots of cardio and pilates does help, it targets the mid section. And its all about what you eat, cut back on carbs and sugar

Skipping breakfast is one of the worst things you can do. Eat your three main meals, w/ snacks in between to keep your metabolism going. & of course work out.

Do this routine everynight before bed... 25 crunches, 25 reverse crunches, 25 bicycle crunches, 40 russian twists, 20 side crunches per side, and a 30 second plank!

Eat an early dinner...no later than 6:30, going to bed on a heavy stomach just makes the fat sit there. Also do lots of crunches and dieting can be hard so try to just eat a little less and resist too many sugary Nd fatty foods. :)

Crunches really aren't that effective. It's mostly about diet and cardio. If you have a layer of fat, no matter how thin or thick, you will see very little if any results from crunches

run! 🏃leg throw downs (lay down on your back, hold on to like a chair leg and pull your legs up using your abs and drop them down but don't let them touch the ground, then repeat) yeah, that's pretty much what I do. (:

It's not healthy to skip meals... So I'd prefer that people wouldn't but...
Do stomach exercises like crunches, sit ups, run, ... Do that everyday and add 10 more each day
