So I have a bad problem with biting my nails as short as possible when I take of my gel nails. I always try to grow out my natural nails but I always comes to me biting them.
they're so short it kinda burns and hurts to press on anything lol.
so I need to get another set done, but is it more damaging to my nails to get a set of gel nails done when they're this short?

I think it would be fine... But I got Sally Hansens Nail Thickener and it has made my paper thin nails really strong after using it last night and tonight. I have worn acrylic or gel nails for the last four years though and honestly my nails are the same as far as how healthy with or without them (right when taken off).

But yes it always damages my nails if I take them off myself vs going and having them taken off at the nail salon.
