Use less heat and use heat protectant when you do use heat. There is a product called Its A 10- it's absolutely amazing. My hair has started looking better since I started using it.

If you have any split ends, cut them off. They can't be repaired.
But with damaged hair, try hair masks and deep conditioning:)

Go to Sally's, and get this restorative mask, leave it in your hair for 7-10 minutes after you wash your hair and its damp, then wash it out.. Ull see amazing results after one use.. I dye my hair constantly and use heat everyday and now my hair is soft shiny stronger and so much healthier! It's $8 and its seriously the best thing that works (: haha
