Use less heat and use heat protectant when you do use heat. There is a product called Its A 10- it's absolutely amazing. My hair has started looking better since I started using it.

If you have any split ends, cut them off. They can't be repaired.
But with damaged hair, try hair masks and deep conditioning:)
