Maybe with skinny jeans, flannels, and band tees? Or you could wear it with shorts and a utility jacket. I don't know where you could find anything like this, Vans maybe?

Maybe light colored skinny jeans with a checker flannel tied to the waist and a white tank top

I also agree, but you can also substitute a skirt for the skinny jeans.
