Try putting cucumber slices or cold tea bags on your under eyes a couple times a week. You could also gently pat some aloe vera gel on you're under eyes after you take a shower. Try not to rub your eyes because what is causing your dark circles is a visible vain and the more you rub, pinch, out mess with that delicate skin. Because the more you do that, the more capillaries are broken and it will look darker and darker.
As for the creases, those are just fine lines. Everyone has them. It is just where the skin folds over for your eye. You cannot get rid of it so it is just better to not mess with it at all. You will just make it worse.
