Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain :) I find it long lasting and not drying at all! Personally I didn't like Kat von d's, drying and difficult to apply.

I agree with Alexis. A lip primer and liner will definitely help. Also blotting will sort of stain your lips and make it last longer

You should try a lip stain it stays on for hours & it doesn't smudge or stain or anything! Best for when you go out, especially on dates

I agree on Revlon Lip Stain Sticks. The matte lasts forevah. I let it dry and sometimes top with one of their shiny stains for evening wear.

Rimmel Kate Moss is fabulous. Primer and liner too. I love Portland Black Lipstick company's quality, but rest assured they have reds and pinks (Irony is a rust red with gold glitter, my favorite for something fancy with a kick.)

Use a matte liquid lipstick along with a lip liner and you are good for the night. Good luck.
