Love the idea of golden makeup. You're really beautiful! You could also do a half updo with braids :) and since it's your birthday, a cute skater dress if it's not too cold :) but anything goes!

Awh! Happy early birthday ♥ with you're complexion, I think a medium-dark smokey eye would look nice & maybe a winged eyeliner (: also a nude shimmery lip! For your hair I'd straighten it & wear whatever your heart desires! If you're not into a smokey eye, maybe you could do a neutral eye with a winged eyeliner & bold lip (: either will suit you well!

I like Mary's idea for the makeup, and Breeze's idea of a skater skirt or dress, for hair since I LOVE your type of curls you should leave it curly but do like a bump on the top of your head like with your bangs
