If you have time, you could also make a shirt with your sister's name on it. I did that for a guy friend at a football game with a group of my friends. he really loved the support :)

DIY how:
just get a white shirt, letter stencils, and spray paint with the team's colors (or just black spray paint).
arrange the stencils on the shirt the way you want it to be, then spray the shirt.
tips: don't spray close to the shirt.
spray all in one, don't do it small parts at a time. do one continued spray. (if you don't, it will leak under
the stencil).
