Help! Dry Skin!

Hey guys! So I have super dry skin on my nose and it makes it hard to give my tinted moisturizer a nice smooth look. I already put Pond's moisturizer for dry skin on my face everyday before I put any make up on, but it's still bad. Any suggestions?

Don't use a foaming cleanser-which will dry you out more. And look for moisturizers with Hyaluronic Acid.
