Just dyed hair.. When will it fade (it's a little to dark)

I know I've been asking about this a lot but I just dyed my hair darker and it came out a little to dark. Before I dyed my hair I had ombré and the place that it turned out too dark is where the ombré was (mainly on the tips) how long will it take to fade?

It'll fade quite quickly, maybe in a few washes depending on how blonde your ombré ways. Generally though, dye fades quite quickly on bleached hair.

I don't think you should've dyed it. It'll fade quite fast and it will look really ugly and patchy. This is why I never suggest an ombré

Yeah then I'm assuming it'll fade quickly. My hair was blonde, I used a brown dye 2 weeks ago and my hair is already back to being an ash blonde colour from fading hahah.

My friend had gotten an ombre and dyed it back to her natural hair color 2 weeks ago and the dye is still there as if she just dyed it back yesterday, maybe it depends on the brand/products used in the dye.

Head and shoulders shampoo is notorious for causing hair colour to fade when used regularly so you could maybe try that.
