I'm trying to grow my hair it's at my bra strap but I want it at to grow 6 inches by next year and hip bone eventually. I'm going to try hair finity and stick to a regimen and try the inversion method, what are some protective styles that are CUTE not braids /weave that I can leave in for a week without it looking sloppy. I work out 7 days a week so it needs to be durable!!

I tried the inversion thing and saw a half of inch in about 4 days so what ever it does it does something! And they were just vitamins nothing serious

Isn't hair finity a pill??
I advise not taking any sort of pill. It can cause problems to your Heath having too much of a substance. From what I know a lot of those pills have biotin and a lot is not a good thing from what I hear.
I'm not sure about the inversion method.
I'm not 100% what your asking. Are you asking for hairstyles you can leave in for a week or ones that are fast an easy.
I know after a few tutorials braids are fast and easy. Cute ponytails, just leaving your hair down. Half up half down. Those are some easy simple fast hairstyle. (Adding accessories is cute like headbands, bandanas, clips, etc.)
Ones you can leave in for a week or more are box braids and bob Marley braids (I think that's what they are called anyway)

You could do 'braid outs', 'twist outs', Bantu knots, and different types of buns. You could do French braids as well! Just google 'protective hairstyles' and you'll get lots of pictures for examples. I used to hate box braids but they're not as 'ugly' as you think; they can be quite stylish! You style them as if you had long hair.

I'm 100% sure I saw results guys. It sounds crazy I know but me and a couple of other people I know did it. And thanks for the heads up about biotin but I read reviews and no one reported getting sick so I'll try them and just discontinue use of I need too. Thanks presh for the suggestions I'm trying to find styles that are going to fully protect my ends and stay in all week. And I don't think braids are ugly just 100% not my style at all. Thanks for the suggestions guys

Like the other girls said, too much Biotin is bad. It can cause crazy risks towards your body, such as acne, sickness, hospilitisation.
In Psychology, we use 'observer bias'. This is where the observer only sees what they want to see.
I think this is what you've seen Codi, you wanted to see a result, so that is what you saw, even if it wasn't true.
Your hair growth rate is genetic.

If someone else measures your hair with a ruler and it grew it worked lol but if you don't believe it that's fine
