I'm going to a wedding in November and I got my outfit already I'm wondering what makeup and hair I should wear with it I like over the top makeup but I don't know if I should go over the top with this since I have such a big statement necklace and I was wondering if nightmoth lipliner would look good with it.

I think the makeup you already have looks good! But if you want, you could switch the lip color to a lighter one maybe :)

Love your makeup now but, depending on how conservative you think the wedding will be, I might go for a lighter lip (maybe a nudey pink or a sheered down red)
