I can't find out how big I should stretch my ears to I really wanna up to 22mm but don't know if it would be too big please help.

Your lobes are attached so I think maybe 10mm.

My boyfriends lobes are attached too and he's at 20mm right now I think but plugs and tunnels make the back of his ears sore and there's like an indentation so we know they're too big for his ears lol! That's why I said smaller sizes :)
