It just looks so perfect! What does everyone else think?

It is just a marketing gimmick. Honestly with the shady crap that Sigma keeps pulling, I can't take anything they do seriously.

After watching them sue a small cosmetics supplier for "copyright infringement, patent infringement, and trademark infringement" over their brush scrubbing mitten (which is the exact same as a horse or dog grooming mitten) even though they a) held a limited patent that covered the very specific shape of their mitten, which is totally different than the one that was sold by the defendant, b) repeatedly ignored communications from the small business pointing out that taking this to court would drive them out of business for no reason because c) the case had no legal leg to stand on.
If they are willing to drive a small local beauty shop out of business with legal fees over a frivolous lawsuit that has more holes than fishnet stockings, they don't deserve any of my support. The entire thing was an absolute farce, and the way their (Sigma's) social media people handled the backlash was completely unprofessional too.
I'd much rather spend my money on quality brushes from a company that doesn't engage in this behavior, such as Morphe, Crown, Bdellium, or Royal & Langnickel.

Thank you, Emily, for the added information. I definitely won't be buying anything from Sigma!

Thank you everyone who commented. I'm definitely thinking twice about it now, it probably is just a marketing strategy 💕
