I have fine lines under my eyes as well. I use the LA Girls pro concealer and it's heaven. Very cheap as well

Mac Pro long wear does the same for me too, maybe because it's drying! I'm using Kat Von D tattoo concealer it's more moisturizing than drying. I do have fine lines under my eyes so this one helps a bit. What I started doing is using a hydrating under eye cream and it has help tremendously!

I am a pharmacist and I make my own eye cream : avocado oil, shea butter, vitamin E and primula oil capsules. it works great for fine lines , it is important to use a eye creme to hydrate that area and reduce fine lines. sorry for my bad english. good luck!

I've been using the Kheil's avocado eye cream and it's definitely made a difference to how my concealer applies and what not. Pricey but you only need the tiniest bit so a jar lasts ages!

My favourite eye creams are trilogy eye contour cream which is excellent to use before concealer, benefit its potent and Clinique all about eyes. I have seen a difference with fine line reduction from using those especially the triology one.
