You can go get a manicure. it will make your nails look nice even if they're short, you will be able to paint them and you will want them to continue looking nice and won't bite them. if you need an extra push the bitter polish is a great option.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM lol!! I know literally how you feel, and yes all these ladies are right, there is this NASTY ughhh ohhhh NASTY "finger nail" polish that makes me wanna hurl, my friend has it because she bites her nails and we put it on at school and once you bite it you wanna gag like inside your mouth, one time in class I accidentally bit off a chunk of that stuff and OMG literally I was going to through up and had to go to the water fountain fast!... No kidding, so have fun 😄 and it will definitely help you stop biting your nails and then you will be able to paint them ❤️

I used to bite my nails, but I fixed that habit using artificial nails. Not acrylics from the salon, but just cheap ones from the drugstore. They come off easier and don't damage your nails (unless you forcibly peel them off). I recommend you try the artificial nails because you literally cannot bite your own nails with them on, and they look nice as an added bonus :).

I am also a nail biter and it gets pretty bad. Actually, I never used store bought products. Every now and then, I would take a cotten swab and dip it in nail polish remover and apply it to my nails. Repeating this process for two weeks gave my nails the appearence they have now, and Broke my habit! :)

I used to but my nails like crazy, but I went to the salon and they put shilac on my nails, it was so difficult to bit them and shilac stays on for a while so it's helping them grow and your not bitting them! I broke my habit and I hope you can break yours good luck! :)
