You can't go wrong with Morphe. They have such a wide variety of brushes for beyond reasonable prices.
I only really like the E.L.F studio brushes to be honest. The regular eye shadow brush is nice too.
BH Cosmetics has the cutest brush sets. I use them often, they don't shed and they're inexpensive.
MAC of course has amazing brushes like 217, 224, 266.
I like some of the sigma brushes, including the kabuki set and the E40, E25.

Ooh Jacqlyn is right! I love sephora brushes. I got a set once and it was lovely. I still use all of those brushes. I believe it is the antibacterial brush set but I've found that their other individual brushes are also nice. I've only tried the #10 and #45 (also comes in mini - 45.5) and the #55.

I recommend the morphe brushes in singles but the Bh cosmetics sets I like are the 12 pc synthetic (I have the black one), and the party girl set, and the Eco set :)
I even think elf had sets for their studio line on their website :)

EcoTools has good brushes and they are affordable and Sonia kashuk also has good brushes

Eco tools is great for affordable brushes! I found the eye shadow brush a little stiff for my tastes, but it would probably be great for someone who doesn't only use powder shadows.
