Definitely a smudgy smokey eye since that was the style back then and red lips. Or watch the "Gatsby" movie for inspiration!

I was a flapper girl for Halloween last year so much fun:)) I agree with Andreas first one because that's mostly what my hair and makeup looked lip just be careful w/ hairspray, messy:) have fun!!
