Hey everyonee
so I'm asking this question on behalf of a friend
are there any tutorials for a cut crease look for brows that are low? or any type of makeup look

I heard that if you have dark shadow too high up it doesn't look so good?

It is important not to go too high up with a dark shadow, instead put a highlight shadow under the brow for a better effect.
