I totally agree with Janelle, maybe even a bright lip colour? And if you can, colour block your nails with neons! That would look really nice.

I would totally use a black light nail polish because they look so cool under black light?? I agree with them about white dress and also I wouldn't use transparent straps because they kinda look weird under black light (but that's just me )  :)
