So what's some good buys for 25 and under at Sephora?? I just can't decide on what I should look for.

I like occ liptars.. you could only get them at sephora or online. now they're on bl too. but they have tester sets. occ all stars. they're cool.

If you're looking to play with color and different looks then most likely an eye or lip color palette would be choice. Part of our makeup kit we give our students has variety of different palettes - giving them the freedom to play with different looks and colors. Going through Sephora I found several different Palettes you can choose from under $25.
