I keep trying to play with the occ lip tars because I bought two and I really want another one. I don't want to keep buying them if I can't use them. It's suppose to dry to a matte but I feel like it won't dry.

It'll dry, you have to do thin layers. One or two layers will do. Although, I heard that it sometimes dries and starts to crack and/or make your lips feel DRYYY. :/
