I used the ben nye creme primary color palette. Some fake blood from party city. Liquid latex from party city. The costal sense camouflage concealer palette. Some eBay lashes. And just my everyday makeup for the rest. What do you guys think?

It look pretty good :)
Where the skin is peeled off though I would make it more red and bloody looking to give it a better look. You can still see the skin under the red you have there. For this I don't think you want to see that ^_^
