What should I do to put moisture back into my hair? I use a hair mask but it doesn't make a difference I barely use heat and haven't dyed my hair in a while also I'm wondering what if I mix olive oil and eggs together what will that do? and how many eggs and how much oil my hair is pretty thick at the roots but it thins out and is down to my bra strap and how long should I keep it on? I'm in a rut I am so tired of my hair it makes me sad. :(

How often are you washing your hair? Over washing can strip your hair of essential oils and dry it out. Also a product I really like is Bio Silk or Morrocan Oil
I've tried the coconut oil hair mask but personally didn't like how heavy and caky my hair felt afterwards

I actually probably only wash my hair a few times a week but use dry shampoo on days I don't wash my hair

I had dry brittle hair about three months ago, I've tried the "Pantene pro-V repair and protect" shampoo and conditioner, I also use over night miracle before I go to bed, it helped a lot! My hair is so soft even after two days after the wash. I've re bought it a lot already, it's my fav:)

Coconut oil helped me. if it feels heavy & gross after you wash your hair.. you used too much. a little goes a long way & you don't need to have your hair swimming in it. eggs & olive oil would be beneficial to your hair, I'm not sure how many eggs, though. I'd assume one would be good. when I do diy hair masks I just do whatever looks right to be honest lol. I also use shea moisture conditioner for dry damaged hair (it can also be used as a mask & leave in conditioner) shampoo is organix Moroccan argan oil, loreal oleo therapy mask, Aussie 3 minute miracle, then when I get out of the shower I use the conditioner as a leave in conditioner & mix some coconut oil or Moroccan argan oil in it. when my hair dries it's suuuper soft :)

I just bought Not Your Mothers "Lock Luster" and honestly I don't know how I lived without it. It's definitely a life saver when it comes to dry damaged hair.

Moroccan oil! It's pricey but worth it! The bottle will last as you only need to apply a small bit each time you wash your hair. I wasn't sure if the product was working for me but I washed my hair once and didn't use it and it was dry and bristly! Hope you find something!

Try avocado oil or coconut oil, or almond oil
