I'm not sure how to do it, do they use a curling wand, spray? anything will help, know any tutorials on YouTube?

Looks like a wide curler was used, and the curls were left to fall. They're beautiful!

You could use a wand with a large barrel if you want loose waves and I suggest using L'oreals infallible hair spray (the one in the yellow bottle lol)
